Here at C3 Artwork, we want to create art that makes people stop. Stop rushing, stop worring, stop dreading. Look at something beautiful, smell the roses, touch the grass. I want people to feel something emotional when they see my work. Feel my connection to the piece, feel your peace when you look at it for the first time, feel my inspiration. Speaking of inspiration, where does it come from? Well, I take inspiration right from Alaska, our amazing environment, my family, the community, and other artists.

That being said, our main goal is to ensure that every customer walks away happy. How do we insure that?We ensure that by taking several steps.

First of all, we actually listen. We do our absolute best to make sure we know exactly what a custom wants before we start designing their part. And we listen to our production purchase customers feed back and implement it where ever we can.

Second, we are big on communication, when you order a custom part, we will discuss what it is that you want and provide feedback and questions. A design will then be drawn up, and a rendering is sent to customer. Changes are made as appropriatly if needed, and the new rendering is sent for the customers OK. Then procuction starts, at this point we send pictures of your part for every remaining step. And again, if needed we can make adjustments as we go to ensure you get exactly what you want.

Third, we like to OVER quote on custom jobs. We prefer to quote high so there are no unexpected issues. If anything there may be a very welcome surprise when you pick your part up, and we refund some of your money!!!

Finally, we say we have a 3 week turn around on most custom orders, or reorders of a production item that is out of stock. Every piece is made by hand, so no two are ever the same. And that takes a lot of time. But we do our absolute best to get your product done well before the 3 week mark, ensure you have another happy surprise.
