Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy are limited 30 days. If your purchase was made outside of this 30-day window, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift Cars are non-returnable and will not be exchanged for cash. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items for return without a return authorization. Your item will not be returned to you in the case of a return denial, if it was sent for return without authorization. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is found to not be as described when the refund was approved, it may not be refunded, or will be partially refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as quickly as we can. Please note that returns may take up to 12 business day. And that refunds may be help by your bank for processing outside of that window. This is beyond our control. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account before contacting us. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Then contact your credit card company, or your bank. It often takes several days before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can email CWW@C3Artwork.com or find other contact info on the Contact page.

Shipping returns

To return your product, mail your product to the address given with your return authorization.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we do cover your return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot, do not, and will not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
